Workshop | Amazing Alcohol Inks with Laura Hummel
Amazing Alcohol Ink
Instructor: Laura Hummel
Date: Sunday, May 3rd, 2020
Class Fee: $85
In celebration of our 20th year in 2020 we are offering a 20% discount on all product purchased on the day of class.
Description: Get playful and fascinated about the versatility, vibrancy, and spontaneity of alcohol inks. We will try them on a variety of substrates using some unusual simple tools. You will make a small abstract to add tangle, doodles and pattern like designs. The star of the class is the amazing Yupo paper that is waterproof, super smooth, and will not tear. If you make a mistake it can be wiped clean! You will create a painting on Yupo…perhaps, flowers or other botanicals, abstracts, houses, fish or animals…and just have fun. Negative space will be painted to make our drawings spectacular! You will add the final touches and details with pen and ink.
