In Andy’s unique Gelli Plate workshop you will create surfaces that are unlike any other in the art of paper crafting, mark making, and printmaking. Join us for a very creative day and learn advanced techniques using paper, cardstock, tags, stencils, acetate and acrylic paint. One of the techniques Andy is known for is his backwards printing on acetate. He has some wicked Gelli printing skills in store for this workshop.
Note from the Queen: I first became aware of Andy Skinner from his Gelli Print video of the two children pictured in his sample selection below. He is an amazing artist and I have been trying (begging) for several years to have him come for a visit and teach here at The Queen’s Ink. Wishes do come true. I hope you are as excited as I am to have this wonderful opportunity to learn from a very talented artist.
