Love to play in a journal? Then join us for a relaxing and imaginative day. We will start by creating layers of subtle color through various stencils. Then create additional layers of circles with stencils and a compass. Patterns in the circles will be added with pens and various colorants can be used to compete the designs. The finishing touches include rubber stamps, paper scraps, labels, washi tape, and all sorts of other fodder. We will learn to make a Mandella using the techniques we have practiced. Each page will be unique and colorful. This project is easy to pack and create art in those small bits of free time. This is perfect to bring on a trip!
You will receive a Strathmore mixed media journal as part of the class.
