Class Description:
Going "Green" for Christmas
Create several ornaments altering cardboard to make at least three figures…an angel, nutcracker, snowman, Santa, tree, bell, house, or whatever your imagination desires. After cutting out the figures you will paint and decorate those using lots of glitzy items, ribbon, and various trims. The final step will be to add a coat of resin. Next, we will decorate a one of a kind vintage Christmas cookie cutter with music paper, images in bottle caps, stickles, etc. Finally ( and optionally), you will be challenged to create a snow globe out of a jar lid, so pack your imagination and join us for a fun and creative day! Go "green" by repurposing something used to create beautiful ornaments!
