About the retreat:
Patti and Anna are back with one of their immersive themed workshops! In the past they enlisted participants into their art making military, rode through the wild west, and even traveled around the world. Now, they are taking you deep into the rainforest!
Come with us on this amazing adventure full of the sights and sounds of the Central American rainforest, without the bug bites. Patti might not know her way around some of the perils of this region, but she will teach you some amazing techniques, and Anna will guide you past the hazards and teach you some skills needed for this feat. Between the two of them, they will make it an experience you won't soon forget, and you will leave with an amazing piece of art as the takeaway from your time with likeminded adventurers.
This workshop is two full days with an activity in the evening of the 25th for those who are up for even more adventure. If you thought the previous workshops were wild, this one will be next level!

Maritime Conference Center is located in Linthicum Heights, Maryland, just 4 miles, about 10 minutes from the BWI Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport and a short drive from Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington DC. The Conference Center offers free shuttle service from the BWI Airport.
Cost: $475.00 per person and includes 2 days of workshops, lunch both days and snacks, all the materials need, and some other exciting goodies needed for the rainforest.
On Friday the workshop starts promptly at 9:30 and will go to 5:30. An afternoon snack of cookies, fruits, coffee, water and assorted beverages will be provided.
Friday at 7:00pm there will be an evening event in the classroom.
Saturday the workshop will start at 9:30am and go on until about 5:00pm.
More details will be provided prior to the workshop.
On both of those days, included in the price is a morning snack of coffee, tea, juices, water, bagels, fruits and an assortment of pastries. A full lunch is served buffet style in the Chesapeake dining room from 11:30 – 1:00. And an afternoon snack of cookies, fruits, coffee, water and assorted beverages will be provided.
Overnight Accommodations:
The Maritime Conference Center offers All-Inclusive Guest Room Packages which includes both breakfast and dinner served in the dining room. Wi-Fi and access to the business center.
Room Rates:
Single $165 per night
Double $210 per night and includes two queen beds. Share a room and save.
We will have a block of rooms reserved from Thursday, April 24th thru Saturday, April 26th, we will provide the details on how to register once we have finalized the numbers with the conference center.
Cancellation Policy: A great deal of work and preparation goes into planning these events. We understand from time-to-time life gets in the way. Should you need to cancel your registration, prior to March 15th, 2025, a full refund less a processing fee of $75 will be provided. No refunds will be provided for any reason if you cancel after March 15th 2025 – although, you may transfer your registration to another person and handle the financial transaction yourself.
